How it Works
You and MAMs work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the project.
When you're ready to begin, we’ll be by your side to assist with engaging vendors and commissioning work.
After the transformation is complete, we’ll put your home on the market to be sold or rented. Alternatively, you may choose to keep it off the market and pursue a creative finance solution.
You'll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells, Equity System Payout, you terminate your listing agreement with MAMs & Long&Foster, or 12 months pass from your Creative Concierge start date.
